Which level should I choose?

Start with Beginner if you are new to mechanics and conditioning. Intermediate covers larger formats and foam-free rigging. Advanced assumes client-ready experience.

What is the difference between on-demand, live, and in-studio?

On-demand is self-paced video. Live online includes scheduled Q&A. In-studio sessions are small groups at our workspace with hands-on critique.
