3. Purchases and refunds
Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. Taxes may apply. We offer a 14‑day refund window for first-time purchases where less than 25% of the content has been consumed. We may refuse repeated refunds in cases of abuse.
4. License to content
Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to access course content for your own learning. Redistribution, public performance, or resale is prohibited.
5. Acceptable use
- No unlawful, infringing, or harmful behavior on the platform.
- No attempts to bypass access controls or share paid material without permission.
- No uploading malicious code or interfering with services.
6. Intellectual property
All content, trademarks, and materials are owned by Luzfloral Atelier or its licensors and are protected by law.
7. Disclaimers
Courses are provided “as is.” We make no guarantees of specific commercial outcomes. Always follow safety practices when handling tools and materials.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luzfloral Atelier shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time.
